Lisa Sarafidis

Senior Consultant

Lisa is an experienced Head of School with demonstrated expertise in educational leadership, crisis and transition management, inclusion, executive coaching, business, financial and operational systems and parent engagement. She is deeply committed to helping schools implement practices that allow all members of the community - children, parents and staff - to feel seen, heard, respected and empowered. Prior to her role as the founding Head of an AMI-recognized Montessori school, Lisa was a financial and economic policy consultant. Lisa holds an MA in International Finance and Business from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs, a Certificate in Montessori Leadership through Loyola University's Whole School Leadership program and a BA in Spanish from Grinnell College. Lisa is fluent in Spanish and French.
