Sharon and Metro walked the Search Committee, our faculty and families, through the process with kindness, encouragement and confidence that the right candidate was out there. The candidates were diverse, amazing, and could have all contributed positively to our mission and school community. But when it came down to a final decision, Jennifer was the one - a Montessori leader that has leaned into community seamlessly, respecting the past, and a vision for the future.

Our Search Committee kicked-off activities in early 2020 to find a new Head of School and we soon found ourselves in uncharted waters with the COVID crisis. Lisa and Sharon were very responsive to our needs and quickly developed a plan to adjust their scope and conduct discovery and due diligence remotely. In a matter of a few weeks they interviewed scores of stakeholders across the community, both one-on-one and in small groups, and developed a thorough and robust report whose recommendations were unanimously accepted by the full Board of Trustees. We couldn’t be more pleased by Metro Montessori’s flexibility, insight, and thoroughness through the whole process.
